Bill has this photo on his Facebook album.  It is labeled thusly:

He also sent me this photo that documents the historical influence we had on those other Decembrists.  No Decembrists audio forthcoming as I still haven't come to terms with my singing from 25 years ago.

1995:  Fletcher -there was another band of this name around at the same time in Boston maybe?
